Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Your order will be available to view right after your order has been placed. Simply click on My Account link at the top left corner of every page of our site. From there you will be able to view information about your order.
Q: What do I do in case of a return?
A: It’s easy, just return them to the address below, using return label provided in the box . We cover return shipping expenses.

Q: How long will it take for the order to be delivered?
A: Most of our orders will ship within 24-48 hours. The average shipment from our ship company to our customer is between 1-5 business days.
Q: How can I track my shipment?
A: UPS uses tracking numbers to identify and trace every shipment as it moves through the UPS system to its destination. A tracking number is automatically assigned to your shipment and will be e-mailed to you right after . You can use this number to track, locate, and verify the arrival of your shipment, and keep track of other pertinent shipment details. Having a tracking number, you can use it to submit a tracking request on your UPS shipment Tracking page. You can e-mail us at info@onegoodshoe.com and we would be happy to assist you in this matter.
Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal.
Q: Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
A: We ship to all US States and Canada. International orders require special arrangements. Please contact us via e-mail at info@onegoodshoe.com for instructions.
Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
A: No, we do not. Sorry.
Q: What do you charge for standard shipping an order?
A: All regular orders shipped to our customers within the United States are shipped FREE of Charges. Shipping applies to international orders.
Q: What is your Return Authorization policy?
A: All requests for return shall be addressed to Baltimore office. We include return labels in the box. Return of worn shoes or boots that do not fit will be accepted and credit will be issued to customers account. Return of worn shoes or boots without manufacturing defects will not be accepted and credits will not be issued to a customer's account.
Q: Do you provide the proof of delivery?
A: Proofs of delivery together with UPS Tracking number will be e-mailed to you right after shipping. Also this information could be provided to a customer at any time by request.
Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
A: Yes! We realize that the safety of your personal information is very important to you. We use a wide arsenal of electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access.
Q: Do you do back orders?
A: No. onegoodshoe.com does not do back orders. Out of stock shoe will not be sold. It will not go through checkout.
Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: Currently, we have a ‘virtual’ catalog. Our entire product line is online, we do not have a physical catalog.
Q: Do you charge sales tax on any item?
A: We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to the State of Maryland. If you are shipping to this state, the 6% charges will be added to your purchase total and displayed on your final order confirmation.
Q: How do I know my shoe size?
A: If you are unsure of your shoe size, take a ruler and measure your length and width we will take this measurement and put them into our measuring device. Remember the foot is a three-dimensional figure it is very hard to measure the thickness of a foot. Please also keep in mind that manufacturers use different lasts to construct their shoes, and sizing may vary accordingly.
